Join us for candlelight yin yoga while bathing in sound as we rest in poses for longer periods of time, quieting the mind and encouraging a sense of stability within during this beautiful time of healing--Winter Solstice. Please join us for a restorative yin yoga practice with Donna Shea-Morhain and a sound bath with Amy Andrews. This restorative yin practice featuring a sound bath throughout will induce a sense of peace and grounding within our energetic bodies and physical bodies. Experience deep healing as we settle into poses for 2-5 minutes and allow our bodies to melt at the point of sensation, increasing our capacity for connection, flexibility, serenity, and consciousness.
