The Sound of Stillness

Please join us for a restorative yin yoga practice with Donna Shea-Morhain and a sound bath throughout with Amy Andrews to balance chakras  and activate our parasympathetic nervous systems to move from stress (fight or flight) to relaxation for a deeper level of healing. This restorative practice will induce a sense of peace and grounding within our energetc bodies and physical bodies. Experience deep healing as we settle into poses for 2-5 minutes and allow our bodies to melt at the point of sensation, increasing our capacity for connection, flexibility, serenity, and consciousness.

Unblock and Heal Your Chakras & Open Up Your Body

· Travel up the chakras (the 7 energetic bodies) as we do carefully selected yin yoga poses for each chakra, allowing for deep healing, relaxation, and transformation

· Allow your fascia, ligaments, and places of tension and stress in the body to get fluid and release 

· Improve your flexibility and inner balance

· Unblock the seven chakras to invite in emotional healing and energetic wellness 

· Go inwards and connect within

Tune in to the sound of the crystal bowls as they awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of our bodies--the pineal gland. When we hear notes at random, we awaken the occipital region of our brains. Activating alpha and theta states can bring clarity, insights, Eureka moments, and a greater level of healing. Sound is an ancient form of healing that transforms us on all levels--physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This sound bath will feature Empyrean crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong music, and chimes
