Summer Solstice Sound Bath

We are so excited to gather for our Summer Solstice Sound Bath! More details to follow!

Solstices and Equinoxes are the four most healing periods of the year. This sound bath is scheduled on Summer Solstice which is a wonderful time to find inner stillness in order to soak up summer to the fullest. ~featuring Empyrean crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and binaural crystal sets for alpha, gamma, and theta vibrations.

To relax on purpose is to reach a deeper level of healing. Tune in to the sound of the crystal bowls as they awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of our bodies--the pineal gland.

When we hear notes at random, we awaken the occipital region of our brains.
