Sound Bath at the SunnySide!

The Self-Care Sundays Sound Bath is moving to a new location for the month of May--The SunnySide Theatre!

Please note that I will have all of my usual mats, cushions, chairs, etc, and there will be more room to spread out.

At this event, you will hear an assortment of 13 Empyrean crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and gong music.

Sound has the ability to transform us on all levels--mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The vibration of sound affects every cell of our bodies. Where do you feel it in your body? What is your body telling you? Are you listening? When we hear crystal bowls singing, we awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of all--our pineal gland. There are seven crystal bowls tuned to the main chakras of the body, as well as the Earth Star chakra below us and Soul Star above us. Additionally, there are binaural bowls for alpha and theta states and other instruments in the practice.

A relaxed, meditative state can take you into a deeper level of healing and bring about a whole new level of clarity. It's a wonderful time to practice mindfulness and tune in to yourself. Ask yourself what it is you're truly wanting. How can we be more in alignment with our dreams? May we always be on the inner quest.

There will be some mats and blankets provided, or please feel free to bring your own. Reservations will ensure that we have everything you need.

The cost is $25 at the door or 2 for $40 (bring a friend), and we'll see you on the SunnySide!
