November Sound Bath
Join us as we gather together for our Fall Sound Bath following the November New Moon, featuring Empyrean crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and binaural crystal sets for alpha, gamma, and theta beats.
To relax on purpose is to reach a deeper level of healing. Tune in to the sound of the crystal bowls as they awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of our bodies--the pineal gland. When we hear notes at random, we awaken the occipital region of our brains. Activating alpha and theta states can bring clarity, insights, Eureka moments, and a greater level of healing. Sound is an ancient form of healing that transforms us on all levels--physically, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
The sound bath begins promptly at 4 PM, so please arrive a little early to get settled.
