February Sound Bath

Join us as we gather together for our February group sound bath. To relax on purpose is to reach a deeper level of healing. We will be taking this time to tune in to our hearts and souls. 

This is your time to make powerful changes in your life before the Aquarius New Moon. What are you desiring to bring in? What must you let go in order to do so? Tune out the noise. Tune out the demands of others. Take this time to tune into yourself. It is time to honor your inner knowing. The answers you seek are already within you. It's time to unlock them. Bring a journal if you'd like.

Tune in to the sound of the crystal bowls as they awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of our bodies--the pineal gland. When we hear notes at random, we awaken the occipital region of our brains. Activating alpha and theta states can bring clarity, insights, Eureka moments, and a greater level of healing. Sound is an ancient form of healing that transforms us on all levels--physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
