Renew your mind, body, and spirit with Naam Yoga and Mantra Meditation with Leana Randol and a relaxing Sound Bath with Amy. We look forward to serving our community in such a postive, uplifting, energizing, and beautiful way!
Bring a yoga mat & water bottle if you've got them.
