About the event
Autumn is the season to release and reflect, slow down, and simplify. Join us for a time of candlelight yin yoga with our beautiful host and instructor, Donna Morhain, as we settle in to poses for longer periods of time, quieting the mind, and encouraging a sense of stability within.
Cost: $20 Also accepting cash and Venmo
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, any props--eye mask, blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc. (We will have some props available.) Please let us know if you have any questions. (503) 516-9708
